  • 5 oz. flour
  • 2 oz. rice flour or ground rice
  • pinch of salt
  • a few drops vanilla essence
  • 4 oz. butter or margarine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients until they form a dough.

    Roll out to 1/4-inch thick; cut into squares.

    Cook at 350° for 15 minutes. Leave in pan to cool for a few minutes before moving to a cooling tray.

    Dust with extra fine sugar.
