  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 5 c. all-purpose (not sifted) flour
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Knead by hand until it falls off your hands.

    Roll out and cut in 2 x 1-inch strips.

    Prick with fork.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Turn down to 250°; check every 10 minutes.
