  • 5/8 c. sugar
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. rice flour or cornstarch
  • sugar

    Cream butter and sugar together.

    Mixture will be crumbly.

    Press into a greased 12 x 8-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° until brown (20 to 30 minutes).

    Dredge with sugar.
