  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/8 c. table sugar
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Cream together margarine and sugars; add egg yolk and blend well.

    Add flour and pecans.

    Mix well.

    Form dough into small balls and press flat with floured fork on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.
