  • 9 oz(s) butter
  • 5 oz(s) icing sugar
  • 3 egg yolks

    cream the butter & sugar

    beat in the egg yolks

    carefully fold in the flour until blended together
  4. 4
    roll & cut into disks
  5. 5
    put disks in fridge for 20 minutes
  6. 6
    set oven at 180oC
  7. 7
    take disks from fridge & put in the oven
  8. 8
    bake until pale brown.
