- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup beef stock
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 Tbl seasoning (taco, enchilada)

11. With a sharp knife slit roast and insert whole garlic cloves

22. Add all ingredients to a crock pot or slow cooker

33. Cook on low for 8 hours

44. Remove & cool,gather all onions & garlic

55. Using 2 forks, shred beef into small pieces

66. Use knife if necessary to keep beef small
