- 6 lb. chuck roast
- 15 onions, sliced
- 2 c. water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Place chuck roast in big roasting pan with all the ingredients. Place the onion slices on top and around the chuck roast.

2Cook at 250° overnight (11 P.M. until 6 or 7 A.M.).

3Cool; take out of pan and pull the beef apart (shred it).

4When ready to serve place in crock-pot, heat and serve with rolls.
