- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 Tbsp. rice, uncooked
- 1 lg. onion, diced
- 1 can water
- 2-1/2-3 c. shredded cabbage
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown meat lightly.

2Add onion and cook until tender.

3Add soup, water and rice.

4Simmer for 5 minutes.

5Spread cabbage evenly in large flat casserole dish.

6Spoon the meat mixture over. Do not stir.

7Bake at 325° about 1 or 1-1/2 hours.
