- 12 jumbo cooked shrimp, sprinkled with cayenne
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chives
- 1/4 oz. brandy
- 2 oz. dry white wine
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Simmer shrimp in butter for 3 minutes, until pink, turning them often.

2Add garlic, onions and chives.

3Pour in brandy and wine.

4Squeeze juice of 1 small lemon over all.

5Simmer 5 minutes more.

6Serve with chunks of French bread to dip in sauce.
