- 6 slices bacon
- 2 -2 14 cups tomatoes, cooked
- 2 green peppers, cut into strips
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups shrimp, boiled and peeled
Directions

1Cook bacon in a heavy skillet until brown and crisp.

2Remove from skillet and set aside.

3Add tomatoes, green peppers, and garlic to skillet; simmer until peppers are tender and tomatoes are reduced to about one-half.

4This takes about 40 minutes.

5Add shrimp, and simmer 5 minutes until heated through.

6Serve with hot rice or grits.
