Minced Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs or 10 crackers)
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can Underwood deviled ham
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 22 oz. minced pie filling
  • 1/3 c. apple juice or cider
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Combine eggs, bread crumbs, ham, salt and pepper.

    Add ground beef and mix well.

    Shape mixture into 6 dozen tiny meatballs. Place in shallow baking pan.

    Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until done at 375°.

    Cool.

    Remove from pan.

    Cover and chill.

    When ready to serve, combine pie filling, juice and vinegar; heat until bubbly. Add meatballs.

    Keep warm, adding juice if becomes too thick.
