Ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs or 10 crackers)
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can Underwood deviled ham
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 22 oz. minced pie filling
- 1/3 c. apple juice or cider
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Combine eggs, bread crumbs, ham, salt and pepper.

2Add ground beef and mix well.

3Shape mixture into 6 dozen tiny meatballs. Place in shallow baking pan.

4Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until done at 375°.

5Cool.

6Remove from pan.

7Cover and chill.
-
8When ready to serve, combine pie filling, juice and vinegar; heat until bubbly. Add meatballs.

9Keep warm, adding juice if becomes too thick.
