- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled
- 3 (17 oz.) cans cream-style corn
- 2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. chopped green onion
- 4 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Fry bacon and set aside.

2Drain all but several tablespoons bacon fat from pan.

3With remaining fat, saute chopped onions and celery until clear.

4Add garlic

5and chicken broth.

6Peel and cube potatoes.

7Boil in chicken broth and sauteed vegetables until tender.
