Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced and crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, crushed
  • 1 1/2 c. Marinara sauce
  • 1 lb. linguine
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • some fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 c. white wine

Directions

    Shell and devein shrimp.

    In large saute pan, melt butter and oil.

    Saute shrimp until done.

    Add wine and seasoning (oregano, garlic, parsley and basil); simmer a minute.

    Heat Marinara sauce. Cook linguine al dente.
