- 2 c. Carolina rice
- 2 large peppers (red and green)
- 1 basket fresh mushrooms
- 1 can pitted black olives
- 1 c. frozen sweet peas
- 1 large onion
- 1 scallion
- olive oil
- soy sauce
Directions
