  • 2 c. Carolina rice
  • 2 large peppers (red and green)
  • 1 basket fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can pitted black olives
  • 1 c. frozen sweet peas
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 scallion
  • olive oil
  • soy sauce
