Shrimp Aspic Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 4 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. salsa (mild)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 small can tiny shrimp, rinsed
  • 1 small can ripe olives, sliced
  • 2 or 3 drops hot sauce

Directions

    Mix first 7 ingredients. When partially set, add shrimp, olives (drained), celery and hot sauce.

    Pour in mold or 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Chill until set. Serves 10 to 12.
