Shrimp-Bacon Bites

- 1 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp (about 16)
- 1/2 clove garlic, slivered
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 8 to 10 slices bacon
Directions

1Mix shrimp and garlic.

2Pour chili sauce over mixture.

3Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, several hours.

4Cut bacon slices into halves.

5Cook bacon until limp and drain.

6Wrap each shrimp in bacon pieces.

7Secure with wooden pick.

8Set oven on broil and/or 550°.

9Broil with tops 2 to 3-inches from heat, until bacon is crisp.

10(Shrimp may be substituted with oysters for oyster-bacon bites.)
