- 3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. butter or other fat, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- dash of pepper
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 1/2 oz. sherry
- parsley
Directions

1Grind shrimp.

2Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings.

3Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly.

4Add shrimp; heat.

5Stir in sherry. Garnish with chopped parsley sprinkled over the top.
