- 2 to 3 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 stick butter
- Worcestershire to taste
Directions

1Saute pepper and onions in butter.

2Mix all other ingredients. Bake in large casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.
