- 2 c. raw rice, cooked
- 4 cans mushroom soup
- 8 tsp. grated onion
- 4 c. grated sharp Cheddar
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 8 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 4 tsp. chopped parsley
- 6 green peppers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook rice.

2Saute onion and garlic in butter.

3Add soup, lemon and pepper.

4Boil any amount of shrimp.

5Mix all above ingredients. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Top with cheese, green pepper rings and parsley.

7Add water to moisten.

8Bake in oven 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 12 to 14.
