Ingredients

  • 2 c. raw rice, cooked
  • 4 cans mushroom soup
  • 8 tsp. grated onion
  • 4 c. grated sharp Cheddar
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 8 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 4 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 6 green peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook rice.

    Saute onion and garlic in butter.

    Add soup, lemon and pepper.

    Boil any amount of shrimp.

    Mix all above ingredients. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Top with cheese, green pepper rings and parsley.

    Add water to moisten.

    Bake in oven 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 12 to 14.
