Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can green peas with liquid
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 11 3/8 oz. pkg. green onion dip mix
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing, crumbled not cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except stuffing and butter.

    Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Stir dressing in melted butter and sprinkle over casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Remove from oven and cover casserole dish for a few minutes before serving.

    Serves four.
