Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 3 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can green peas with liquid
- dash of black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 11 3/8 oz. pkg. green onion dip mix
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing, crumbled not cubed
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except stuffing and butter.

2Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

3Stir dressing in melted butter and sprinkle over casserole.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Remove from oven and cover casserole dish for a few minutes before serving.

6Serves four.
