- 2 c. shrimp
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Directions

1Saute vegetables in oleo.

2Add shrimp and cook on low heat until onion is transparent.

3Turn off heat.

4Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce.

5Mix into rice.

6Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
