  • 2 c. shrimp
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions

    Saute vegetables in oleo.

    Add shrimp and cook on low heat until onion is transparent.

    Turn off heat.

    Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce.

    Mix into rice.

    Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
