Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 c. peeled and diced shrimp
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
  • dash of pepper and salt
  • 2 c. cooked rice

Directions

    Saute onions and bell pepper in oleo.

    Stir in shrimp and cook until they turn pink.

    Add seasonings and soup plus 1 can water. Simmer 10 minutes.

    Stir all of mixture into 2 cups cooked rice and serve.
