- 1 c. peeled and diced shrimp
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
- dash of pepper and salt
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Saute onions and bell pepper in oleo.

2Stir in shrimp and cook until they turn pink.

3Add seasonings and soup plus 1 can water. Simmer 10 minutes.

4Stir all of mixture into 2 cups cooked rice and serve.
