  • 1 package (10 Oz. Size) Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 4 whole Serrano Peppers, Chopped
  • 3 ounces, weight Low-fat Cream Cheese
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1/4 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package directions, drain and squeeze out excess water.

    Place spinach and all remaining ingredients in a stovetop pan and heat over medium to medium low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until heated through and cheese is bubbling.
