- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 sticks butter (oleo)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 1/2 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Boil shrimp until pink (don't overcook).

2Saute onion and bell pepper in 1 1/2 sticks oleo.

3Add soups and Minute rice.

4Cover with foil paper and cook 20 to 30 minutes.
