- 1-1/2 to 2 lb. shrimp
- 2 c. raw rice
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- dash of red pepper
- dash dried parsley
Directions

1Melt butter in casserole dish.

2In another bowl, mix everything well.

3Do not precook rice; mix in raw.

4Stir in tomatoes with juice; mix very well.

5Pour mixture over butter in dish and cover.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
