- 1 c. rice
- 2 lb. shrimp, peeled
- salt and red pepper
- 1 can cream of celery, cream of onion or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 pieces celery
Directions

1Cook rice.

2Season shrimp with salt and red pepper.

3Melt butter or margarine in skillet.

4Saute onion, bell pepper and celery.

5When transparent, add shrimp and stir-fry until pink.

6Add soup; mix up until soup is heated.

7Mix with cooked rice.

8Butter a baking dish and put mixture in; bake for 30 minutes at 400°.
