  • 1 c. rice
  • 2 lb. shrimp, peeled
  • salt and red pepper
  • 1 can cream of celery, cream of onion or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 2 pieces celery

Directions

    Cook rice.

    Season shrimp with salt and red pepper.

    Melt butter or margarine in skillet.

    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery.

    When transparent, add shrimp and stir-fry until pink.

    Add soup; mix up until soup is heated.

    Mix with cooked rice.

    Butter a baking dish and put mixture in; bake for 30 minutes at 400°.
