  • 1 small pkg. popcorn shrimp
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. instant rice (uncooked)
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
  • 10 oz. pkg. Longhorn cheese, shredded

Directions

    Cook rice; thaw shrimp and melt margarine.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, or until bubbly. Fits nicely into 1-quart casserole.
