- 1 small pkg. popcorn shrimp
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. instant rice (uncooked)
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 10 oz. pkg. Longhorn cheese, shredded
Directions

1Cook rice; thaw shrimp and melt margarine.

2Mix all ingredients.

3Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, or until bubbly. Fits nicely into 1-quart casserole.
