- 1 qt. mixed greens, torn into small pieces
- 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1/4 c. lemon French dressing
- curry powder (optional)
Directions

1Put the chilled greens in a bowl.

2If the shrimp are small, leave them whole.

3If medium, slice through the center lengthwise. If large, slice them through the center and then cut across, making each shrimp into four pieces.

4Place on top of greens; sprinkle with capers.

5Pour over the dressing, to which you have added a little curry powder, if you wish.
