  • 1 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green chili pepper, chopped

Directions

    Cook celery, onion and soy sauce in butter until crisp.

    Add chili pepper and bean sprouts.

    Let simmer slowly 10 minutes.

    Add raw shrimp.

    Place lid on pan and simmer for additional 25 minutes.

    Serve hot over rice.
