- 1 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green chili pepper, chopped
Directions

1Cook celery, onion and soy sauce in butter until crisp.

2Add chili pepper and bean sprouts.

3Let simmer slowly 10 minutes.

4Add raw shrimp.

5Place lid on pan and simmer for additional 25 minutes.

6Serve hot over rice.
