Shrimp Clemenceau

  • 4 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic (can use more)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
  • 2 to 3 c. peeled and cubed potatoes, sauteed until tender
  • 1 can petits pois peas
  • 3 tsp. minced parsley

Directions

    In a large skillet, melt butter and saute garlic 3 to 5 minutes.

    Add shrimp and juice.

    Cook 6 to 8 minutes.

    Mix sauteed potatoes into this mixture.

    Add peas and parsley.

    Heat thoroughly.
