- 4 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 2 tsp. minced garlic (can use more)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
- 2 to 3 c. peeled and cubed potatoes, sauteed until tender
- 1 can petits pois peas
- 3 tsp. minced parsley
Directions

1In a large skillet, melt butter and saute garlic 3 to 5 minutes.

2Add shrimp and juice.

3Cook 6 to 8 minutes.

4Mix sauteed potatoes into this mixture.

5Add peas and parsley.

6Heat thoroughly.
