- 7 c. cooked cornbread, crumbled (3 boxes Jiffy)
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 onion
- 3 to 4 stalks celery
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Directions

1Melt oleo and saute vegetables.

2Add shrimp and cook until pink.

3Put cornbread into casserole and add remaining ingredients plus 1/2 can of water.

4Stir.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, covered.

6Uncover the last 5 minutes.
