Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 8 large mushrooms, sliced or 1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms
- 1 (1 lb. 1 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. cooked, deveined shrimp
- fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet.

2Add onion, pepper, celery and garlic.

3Cook until just tender.

4Add mushrooms, tomatoes and seasonings.

5Simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until somewhat thickened.

6Stir in shrimp and continue cooking until shrimp is just heated through.

7Serve over steamed rice.

8Season with fresh chopped parsley just before serving.
