- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. cooked shrimp
Directions

1Cook and stir onion in margarine in 2-quart saucepan.

2Stir in remaining ingredients except shrimp.

3Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.

4Stir in shrimp.

5Serve over rice.
