- 1/2 c. Chopped Onions
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. Green Pepper, chopped
- 6 Med. Ripe Tomatoes
- 2 tsp. Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Bay Leaves
Directions

1Cook onions, garlic, green pepper in butter until soft.

2Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and bay leaves.

4Add shrimp and cook until pink.
