Christmas Candy

Directions

   Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Mix in the peppermint red and green crunch to taste.

   Spread on a waxed-paper-covered cookie sheet and allow to cool (or chill in the fridge or freezer for a faster set).

   Hand out to friends, neighbors, and coworkers.

   Wait for the accolades to come rolling in.

   Note: you can substitute crunched-up candy canes for the peppermint crunch, but it will not taste as good. These are a candy-making product that you can order from the internet (one brand is C&K products) or find in a particularly useful candy or craft shop. Please put in the effort to get the real stuff, it is worth it!
