  • 3 c. cooked shrimp
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. celery
  • 4 Tbsp. bacon fat
  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • 3 tsp. tomato paste

Directions

    Cut up onions, peppers and celery; saute in fat.

    Add tomatoes and paste.

    Let simmer 40 minutes.

    Before serving, add shrimp. Serve over rice.
