- 1 green pepper
- 1 1/2 c. celery
- 4 Tbsp. bacon fat
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 3 tsp. tomato paste
Directions

1Cut up onions, peppers and celery; saute in fat.

2Add tomatoes and paste.

3Let simmer 40 minutes.

4Before serving, add shrimp. Serve over rice.
