- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked
- 2 c. rice, cooked
Directions

1In saucepan, cook green pepper strips with garlic and butter until tender.

2Add remaining ingredients, except rice.

3Heat, stirring now and then.
