  • 1 (14 oz.) can diced Del Monte stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
