- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. uncooked peeled shrimp
Directions

1Saute vegetables in oil in large skillet until tender.

2Add tomato sauce and seasonings.

3Simmer 20 minutes.

4Mix in shrimp. Heat 15 to 20 minutes longer on medium-low.

5Serve hot over rice. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
