- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby limas
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans
- 1 green pepper, sliced thinly
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook frozen vegetables separately and drain well.

2Arrange all of the vegetables in a greased 2-quart casserole.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

4Mix together the whipped cream and mayonnaise and spoon over the vegetables.

5Sprinkle top with the grated cheese.

6Bake casserole at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated and brown on top.

7Serves 8 to 10.
