  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby limas
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans
  • 1 green pepper, sliced thinly
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook frozen vegetables separately and drain well.

    Arrange all of the vegetables in a greased 2-quart casserole.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix together the whipped cream and mayonnaise and spoon over the vegetables.

    Sprinkle top with the grated cheese.

    Bake casserole at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated and brown on top.
