- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 lb. large shrimp, peeled
Directions

1In a glass bowl, combine oil and onions.

2Cook on High for 7 minutes, until onions are tender.

3Stir in celery and green pepper. Cover; cook on High for 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
