  • 2 lb. shrimp
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 ribs celery
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 6 green onions
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 cans whole tomatoes
  • mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • Creole seasonings

Directions

    Saute onion, celery, bell pepper and green onions in margarine.

    Add tomatoes, water and garlic.

    Season to taste.

    Add hot sauce.

    Simmer for about 30 minutes.
