- 3 ribs celery
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 6 green onions
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 cans whole tomatoes
- mushrooms
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- Creole seasonings
Directions

1Saute onion, celery, bell pepper and green onions in margarine.
