- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 c. diced bell pepper
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 lb. salad shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Saute onion, celery and garlic in butter until tender, but not brown.

2Add seasonings; stir until blended.

3Stir in bell pepper and tomatoes.

4Simmer for 10 minutes.

5Add shrimp and heat.

6Use flour at this stage to thicken.

7Taste for additional seasonings. Serve over rice.
