Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, drained
- 4 to 5 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, cooked and cleaned
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- cooked rice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1In a skillet, fry bacon, remove from skillet and set aside. Saute green pepper, celery and onion in bacon drippings.

2Add remaining ingredients except shrimp and rice.

3Cook slowly until thick, stirring occasionally.

4Before serving, add shrimp, stirring until shrimp are heated through.

5Serve over rice and sprinkle with bacon.
