- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. raw, peeled shrimp
- 1 medium can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Saute first five ingredients slowly in butter or sweet oil until light brown.

2Then add slowly shrimp, tomatoes and tomato sauce.

3Simmer one hour and serve over cooked rice.
