Ingredients
- 1 lb. boiled shrimp
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 shakes Tabasco
Directions

1Fry bacon; remove from pan to drain.

2Put onion, celery and bell pepper in bacon fat; brown lightly.

3Add tomatoes, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, Tabasco sauce and salt. Cook slowly until thick, stirring occasionally.

4Add shrimp 30 minutes before serving.

5Break bacon into small pieces; add last. Go by taste; add more seasoning if needed.
