- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 small chopped pepper (green)
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/4 c. cooking wine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 8 oz. chili sauce
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb. peeled shrimp or cooked shrimp
Directions

1Saute onion, peppers and garlic in butter.

2Add liquid from tomatoes, salt, flour and water.

3Cook on low for 15 minutes.

4Add tomatoes, mushrooms, sugar and wine; cook for 20 minutes.
