Ingredients
- 1 lb. raw shrimp
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can peas
Directions

1Cook and clean shrimp.

2Saute veggies in butter and some water.

3Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, flour, sugar and spices.

4Add peas.

5Cook this all together for a few minutes, until it is well mixed, then simmer about 1/2 hour.

6If it seems to be getting too thin, add more flour.

7If it is getting too thick, add hot water. Add shrimp to mixture about 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Serve over cooked rice.
