- 2 lb. shrimp
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of Tabasco
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Fry onion, garlic and green pepper.

2Add rest of ingredients, except shrimp.

3Simmer for 30 minutes.

4Add shrimp; heat 15 more minutes.

5Serve over rice with toasted French bread.
