Shrimp Curry

Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 lb. green seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 4 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 lb. fresh shrimp or 2 c. cooked shrimp
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Chop onion; saute in margarine.

2When onion turns yellow, add undiluted soups, then add curry powder, grapes, salt and pepper. Add sour cream, lemon juice and shrimp just before serving.

3If uncooked shrimp are used, cook according to directions before adding.

4After all ingredients are added, heat thoroughly.

5Serve over cooked rice.
